At Windsor International Preschool, it is our sincere aim to bring high-quality early childhood education to the families of Minato Ward.
For over 21 years, our community in Setagaya has entrusted us with the privilege of guiding and nurturing their children’s early learning journeys. Through Keiki Intercultural Preschool, we have built a strong tradition of excellence, rooted in a deep respect for every child’s individuality and a firm belief in the power of inquiry-based learning.
Now, it is with great joy and purpose that we extend this legacy to Minato Ward through the founding of Windsor International Preschool. Our goal is to offer a warm, vibrant, and academically rich environment where children are encouraged to ask questions, embrace challenges, and grow into confident, compassionate global citizens.
At Windsor, we are committed to the principles of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Learner Profile, ensuring that every child’s intellectual, emotional, and social development is supported with care and intentionality. We believe that strong partnerships with families and the community are vital, and we strive to create a preschool where children, teachers, and parents grow and learn together.
